Window 2 To provide a community vasectomy service for patients registered with a Leeds GP Practice. The service will deliver an innovative, high quality, efficient service closer to patients home. The service will: Offer patients a choice of locations and appointment times, ensuring equitable timely and appropriate access; Ensure that patients are seen and treated in a safe environment, most appropriate to their care needs; Provide best value for money, delivering effective and sustainable use of resources. Local defined outcomes a) Low Surgical infection rates b) Low Complication rates c) Reduction in Sterilisation Failure rates d) Patients seen and treated within the NHS Constitution timescales i.e. within 18 weeks of referral Please note successful bidders must mobilise within 3 months of Award Additional information: How to apply: Potential Bidders are requested to register on the NHS Sourcing Portal (www.nhssourcing.co.uk) where the documentation is available to download under Project 21014.
