Notice Description

The Contract shall include for the provision of skilled A/C Engineers to service the refrigerant systems at: - Heartlands Hospital Good Hope Hospital. - Solihull Hospital. - Good Hope Hospital. The DX Refrigerant based systems for each site shall be as listed in the F Gas Register contained in Appendix 1 of this specification. The plant listed in the F Gas Register Appendix 1 generally consists of the following:- - DX Air Conditioning Plant/Systems. In addition to servicing the plant the contract shall include preferential call out on all breakdowns. All maintenance activities and call outs shall be comprehensively logged by the Contractor to keep University Hospitals Birmingham up to date with works at all times. All of the above shall be carried out in accordance with conditions and technical clauses contained herein. The F gas Register/ schedule shall be continuously updated by the contractor to ensure all new items of plant installed by the hospital are included in the register/ schedule. Where new items of plant are installed the cost of the maintenance of the plant shall be added to the yearly maintenance costs at the agreed rates as indicated in the tender analysis documentation.
