Notice Description

This Provider Panel will become the principal mechanism to the used by Durham County Council and Clinical Commissioning Groups for North Durham, and Durham Dales, Easington and Sedgefield, for procuring support services for people with Learning disabilities or people who have Mental Health needs in County Durham. The scope of the work commissioned through the Provider Panel Agreement will generally, but not exclusively, involve providing domiciliary support to people in their own homes, including in Supported Living environments.
