Notice Description

UKCEH requires a contractor to upgrade the current fume extract fans for the North and South zones within the Chiltern Wing to a direct drive configuration with the aim of reducing energy consumption, maintenance needs and improve airflow efficiency throughout. In addition to the above process it is also a requirement to be replace the 12 number Controlled Temperature rooms (CT) fan motors to a direct drive configuration to improve efficiency and reduce maintenance time. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
