Southampton City Council is committed to helping people live safe, healthy, and independent lives. As part of the Council's strategy for achieving this objective, a further 500 - 600 units of extra care housing will be needed in the city by 2025 and we are inviting potential investors and developers to help shape our plans for achieving this goal. Event Details Monday 6th February 2017, 12.00 - 15.00 Erskine Court Sutherland Road Lordshill SO16 8FZ The event will cover: - The Council's vision for Extra Care - Presentations and discussions around commercial models / procurement Routes There will also be a number of networking opportunities. (Full Outline Plan to be distributed following registration) If you would like to attend, please send name , organisation and contact details by the 31st January to : tom.pyne@capita.co.uk Space is limited for this event, therefore a maximum of two representatives per organisation please.
