Postal, Document and Digital Data Communication and Processing Services and Supplies Framework
Notice Description
Crescent Purchasing Consortium, wishes to establish a framework agreement for the provision of Postal, Document and Digital Data Communication Processing Services and Supplies (known as the Postal Services Framework). The framework will focus upon the supply of postal document and digital data communication and processing services and supplies across eight lots. The framework is established to meet the postal, document and digital data communication and processing needs of any and all organisations across the entire public sector; covering a broad range of said services and supplies. Full details of the classification of end user establishments and geographical areas is available on: http:// www.npg-ltd.com/tenders/ The Framework will consist of eight lots as follows: Lot 1 Mailing Equipment and Associated Services Lot 2 Collection and Delivery Services Lot 3 International Mail Services Lot 4 Packages and Parcels Services Lot 5 On-Site Mailing Services: Inbound and Outbound Services Lot 6 Off-Site Mailing Services: Inbound and Outbound Services Lot 7 Managed Mail, Document, Data and Print Services Lot 8 Audit, Due Diligence and Consultancy Services. Additional information: The Contracting Authority, Crescent Purchasing Consortium, have engaged NPG Limited to undertake the procurement of this framework on behalf of them and their Membership, and to contract manage the resulting framework thereafter. The Contracting Authority's address is: Crescent Purchasing Consortium Technology House Lissadel Street Manchester M6 6AP Full details of the Contracting Authority and its' membership can be found on the following website: www.thecpc.ac.uk The Contracting Authority will be using an e-tendering system to conduct the procurement exercise. To access the procurement documentation suppliers must register their company details on the In-Tend system at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/dukefield/aspx/Home the tender opportunity will be available in the current tenders tab of the site. The Contracting Authority shall not be under any obligation to accept the lowest tender or indeed any tender. The Contracting Authority further reserves the right not to award any contract as a result of the procurement process and reserves the right to cancel the entire process or parts of the tender process commenced by the publication of this notice and in no circumstances will it be liable for any costs incurred by tenderers. The value of the framework opportunity stated in this advert is only an estimate and the Contracting Authority cannot guarantee any business through this framework agreement. The Contracting Authority wishes to establish a Framework Agreement open for use by all Public Sector Bodies as stated in the Description. Full details of the classification of end user establishments and geographical areas is available on: http://www.npg-ltd.com/tenders/ The Main Object CPV code is published within this advert. Full details of all published CPV codes can be found within the EU Contract Notice corresponding to this opportunity and within the In-Tend system entry for this procurement project. The Contracting Authority will incorporate a minimum of a ten calendar day standstill period at the point that information on the award of contract is communicated to tenderers. If an appeal regarding the award of contract has not been successfully resolved then the Public Contract Regulations 2015 provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by breach of the rules to take action in the High Court. Any such action must be brought promptly (generally within three months).
