Summary of the contracting process

Transport for London (TfL) is currently in the planning stage of a procurement process for its Professional Services Frameworks, specifically the Rail Engineering Services Framework and the Multi-Disciplinary Services Framework. The initiative, which has an estimated value of £100 million, aims to engage potential suppliers through an Early Market Engagement (EME) event scheduled for 14 February 2019. Interested parties must book their attendance by 7 February 2019, as places are limited. The engagement will take place in London, and further details can be found on the TfL website.

This procurement presents significant opportunities for businesses within the architectural, construction, engineering, and inspection services sectors. Companies particularly well-suited to compete include larger engineering firms and those with experience in multidisciplinary projects. Additionally, organisations that specialise in rail infrastructure and related services may find this tender particularly advantageous. Participating in the EME will enhance visibility and foster important connections, potentially leading to future contracts with TfL.
