Gloucestershire Constabulary is a police force in the Southwest of England. It has a workforce of approx. 2500 made up of police officers, police staff and volunteers. Gloucestershire Constabulary is committed to being an anti-discriminatory organisation. It is also committed to upskilling staff across the organisation around inclusion, and building knowledge and awareness around lived experiences. As part of our commitment to the Police Race Action Plan we are committed to implement a comprehensive training programme covering the history of racism in Britain, racism in policing, the trauma experienced by communities.
