Additional Cleaning Support to identify the most economical and sustainable approach in providing cleaning services to the Trust
Notice Description
The aim of this service is for a small team of three to work with the Trust to identify the most economical and sustainable approach in providing cleaning services. The supplier is required to provide a detailed solution to the statement of requirements set out within the Specification and these standards are to be achieved through excellence and efficient use of staff and equipment. The drivers for quality for the cleaning specification will be performance based on key performance indicators (KPI), which will form part of a separate document. As part of the service requirement, the supplier will be required to provide: . Two experienced healthcare domestic operators for any part of the working day effective from Monday 12th January 2018 until 31st March 2018, operating within the Task Group and Quality standards (please refer to section 10 of the Specification. * One experienced healthcare compliance manager operating 24 hours per week (flexible) to carry out managerial audits to validate cleaning outcomes of technical audits and identify areas of improvement. The managerial audit team may include facilities senior management team, nurses, quality matrons or a member of infection prevention and control provider. The frequencies of these audits will be on ad-hoc basis and during unannounced management checks. Audits may also be triggered during other routine checks or following complaints with an aim to include entire specification within the contracted period.
