Summary of the contracting process

The Luton Council is currently undertaking a tender process for the service titled "BT1316 Cash Collection." This procurement falls under the Treasury services category and is located in Luton, England. The tender is set to conclude on 27th August 2021, with the contract period expected to start on 2nd October 2021 and end on 3rd October 2021. The total estimated value of the contract is £10,200. The procurement method used is classified as "Other," and is currently at the Tender stage.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses, particularly those engaged in financial services, cash handling, or logistics. Given the nature of the required services, companies that can efficiently manage the collection, banking, and reporting of bulk coin would be particularly well-suited to compete. The flexibility in collection frequency during the ongoing adjustments related to the pandemic may also favour smaller enterprises that can adapt quickly to changing requirements.
