Notice Title

1-995 Phase 3 TSS-PR Documentation upgrade for CHARM

Notice Description

Highways England is looking to set up a contract to provide the Operational Technology Engineering and Architecture Services Group with specialist technical support and advice to undertake the upgrade of documentation to meet the requirements of the new CHARM architecture. The operational technology environment is changing significantly. Major developments underway are introducing completely new ways in which Highways England manages its operational technology systems, services and equipment. These developments facilitate a more adaptable approach to cater for the ever changing and evolving nature of operational technology. These changing needs put demands on the existing technology, which may require either enhancements to existing or development of new functionality/new products. To ensure that the supply chain understands the technical requirements of this new computer architecture environment much of the existing documentation needs to be upgraded.
