Market Engagement Exercise - Primary Medical services in North East Essex

Notice Description

North East Essex Clinical Commissioning Group, jointly with NHS England, hereby invite suitably qualified service providers to attend a Market Engagement Event which will inform the market of the CCG's intentions to commission Alternative Provider Medical Services (APMS) at North Colchester Healthcare Centre CO4 5JR ; The Market Engagement event will take place on 27th February 2018, from 10.10am at Aspen House, Stephenson Road, Severalls Business Park, Colchester, CO4 9QR. Refreshments will be available from 9.45am. The Commissioners are keen to receive feedback, and would welcome views in relation to this service. The market engagement event will offer a further opportunity to engage with stakeholders and for prospective service providers to learn more about the services. The format of the event will be a Presentation from the commissioners followed by a Q & A session. After the Presentation, the CCG will make available 1-to-1 slots to answer more detailed questions and capture feedback. The information gathered will be used to inform the Commissioners' service model and future procurement plan. To register interest in attending the engagement event please go to https://attain.bravosolution.co.uk Click on 'Register here' and follow the onscreen instructions. Due to limitations of space, attendance is restricted to a maximum of 2 representatives per organisation. The closing date for registering attendance is 4pm on 26th February 2018 Please Note: Any expenditure, work or effort undertaken by you prior to any subsequent procurement is a matter solely for your own commercial judgment. The Commissioners reserve the right to withdraw from the process at any time or to not tender the service(s) or to tender on a different basis. In such circumstances, and in any event, The Commissioners and/or their advisors shall not be liable for any costs or loss of expenses whatsoever incurred by any organisation, agent or subsidiary that may have contributed to any proposals submitted to this notice
