Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are encouraged to apply, having the potential to not only fulfil the requirements for installation and data collection but also offer analytical tools and ongoing support throughout the contract period. Competitors should be prepared to engage in hardware installation as well as software development for data interpretation, indicating a diverse range of companies could benefit from this opportunity to support local government initiatives.
