Summary of the contracting process

NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit is currently in the planning stage of the procurement process for a Market Engagement Event concerning healthcare services at Norfolk and Essex Prisons and Yarlswood IRC. The engagement aims to gather insights on potential contract models and lengths for upcoming invitations to tender (ITT). Interested parties must complete a questionnaire by 2 July 2018 and are encouraged to participate in market place events scheduled for 7 March 2018 in Chelmsford and 16 March 2018 in Norwich. NHS England is looking for feedback on potential contract models, contract length and any other comments for an ITT for Offender Healthcare in HMP Yarls Wood IRC, Norfolk Prisons (Inc. HMP Norfolk and Suffolk) and HMP Chelmsford. Potential bidders are requested to complete a brief questionnaire on the AGEM CSU Bravo portal PQQ ref 969 to give their views on the upcoming ITT. The questionnaire can be found under the following link; https://ardengemcsu.bravosolution.co.uk/web/login.html NHS England are also due to hold two market place events; 16 March 2018 at 13:30 hrs - This is in relation to the Norfolk Prison service and will be held at Dunston Hall, Norwich. (This has been re-scheduled from the 01 March 2018) 07 March 2018 at 14:30 hrs - This is in relation to HMP Chelmsford and will be held at the Civic Centre, Chelmsford Interested bidders are welcome to attend and should make their request by emailing Sarah Groves at sarah.groves@ardengemcsu.nhs.uk by 12 noon Thursday 15 March 2018.
