Notice Description

In this section the scope and key deliverables for this project are identified as follows: Extremely reliable and cost-effective leased print copy and scan devices. o Excellent response and repair times set out in the KPIs. o Management information reports to be shared monthly, o Equitrac 6 software management - upgrades, installation or suitable equivalent. o Ability for staff to log on to printers using the councils ID Access system badge which is currently PAC or where required via a user password. o Managed service - remote trouble shooting, orders for toner and consumables generated automatically, including third party solution service desk support. o Push print option The following requirements are outside the scope of this project: o Central print equipment Additional information: Reading Borough Council is undertaking an ITT exercise for the provision of leased printers and maintenance of its currently owned fleet Suppliers that would like to take part in this process are invited to 'Express Interest' upon which they will be given access to the full documentation delivered through this portal. Documents can be accessed from the 'My Tenders' area of this website by selecting the 'View Details' button for the project. Expressions of interest will only be accepted until 9th August, 2024.
