The purpose of this feasibility study is to: - Provide an outline strategy for the provision of sufficient EV chargepoints to meet actual and latent demand. - Identify the most appropriate motorway service area sites at which to: o pilot the first mass provision of EV chargepoints. o rollout the first phase (approximately 8 MSAs) to provide inter-'large economic centre' motorway coverage. - Provide a 'ballpark estimate' high level costed project plan for the pilot - Provide an operational model for the operation of mass provision of EV Chargepoints at an MSA.
