SpBC - Consultants appointments for the design and project management teams for the redevelopment of Benwell House Sunbury
Notice Description
Spelthorne Borough Council are currently out to tender for the provisions of consultancy services for the redevelopment of Benwell House, Sunbury. The tender is divided into the following lots: o Lot 1 (Project Manager) o Lot 2 (Architect) o Lot 3 (Quantity Surveyor) o Lot 4 (Structural Engineer) o Lot 5 (MEP) Suppliers that would like to take part in this tender process are invited to 'Express Interest' upon which they will be given access to the full tender documentation delivery through the e-tendering system. When tender documents have been made available suppliers will receive notification via email and the tender documents can be accessed from 'My Tenders' area of this website and selecting 'View Details' button for this project. The deadline for submissions of the tender will be the 12 April 2018. Please allow sufficient time to make your return as late submissions will not be permitted. Any questions relating to this tender should be made via correspondence on the website and can be addressed to the main contact as shown in the details above.
