Accent Housing Limited are looking for Contractors to provide high quality cleaning and window cleaning services at a selection of schemes within its portfolio across the North West region. The contract will be split into 6 lots in total and for a Contract duration of 48 months with an option to extend for a further 12 months subject to performance. 3 x Lots for Cleaning 3 x Lots for Window Cleaning. Contractors may bid for all lots, however, may only win a maximum of 2 Lots for Cleaning and 2 Lots for Window Cleaning. The successful Contractors will have demonstrable experience and a proven track record of providing high-quality cleaning and/or window cleaning services. You can access the information free of charge via the Due North ProContract portal: https://procontract.due-north.com Please note that ALL communication must be directed through the Due North ProContract secure messaging area via the E-Sourcing Portal. Email communication and submissions will be rejected and not responded to.
