CYP Online Mental Health and Wellbeing Services - Frimley ICB
Notice Description
NHS Frimley ICB is seeking expressions of interest in a potential tender for an online mental health and wellbeing service for children and young people aged 11- 19 (and up to 25 years for young people with SEND or who are leaving care) in East Berkshire. Access to the service is by self-referral or signposting from another agency with prior consent from the individual concerned. It is free to children and young people who are resident in East Berkshire or who attend an education setting in East Berkshire. As a provider, you should be able to work with all levels of need, including those who do not meet the threshold for other services, are awaiting or undergoing specialist intervention and support, or are exiting other services. It is important that the service offer is available 7 days a week, 365 days of the year. The offer must include the following supportive features: - * Online one-to-one counselling sessions (BACP Accredited or Equivalent) * Moderated community support via online discussion boards and live forums * Helpful articles * Self-help tools including journals, goal trackers and mini activities. The contract will potentially be for 3 years. The estimated annual contract value is PS150,000 and the total estimated contract value over the three-year period starting on 1 April 2024 is PS450,000. This process is being carried out by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) on behalf of the Commissioners. The ICB invites interested providers to complete a pre-procurement market engagement questionnaire. Please submit your completed questionnaire by 12 noon on 31 October 2023 via C216562 on our e-procurement system, Atamis. Atamis: Interested providers will be able to view this notice via the 'Live Opportunities' list on the e-procurement system, Atamis, available on the following link: https://health-family.force.com/s/Welcome Additional information: This notice is an information gathering exercise rather than a call for competition, and therefore publication or response does not commit NHS Frimley ICB or respondents to a future procurement, nor provide any process exemptions or preferential treatment to any parties expressing an interest. Commissioners are looking to establish what interest there is in providing such a service from suitably qualified, capable and competent organisations. NHS Frimley ICB will not be liable for costs incurred by any interested party in participating in this exercise. Interested parties should note that a response to this notice does not guarantee an automatic invitation to any subsequent formal procurement, which the commissioners will consider in due course.
