Deliver the following delivery packages and reserve the right to use another monitoring partner should they feel best practice for this particular contract: * deliver the management of the whole contract including liaising with South Kesteven as required * facilitate the scheduled review meetings * undertake the service and maintenance of the hardwired schemes * manage the whole system effectively by managing and coordinating the services, providing end-to-end service delivery system and functions seamlessly to the end user * Upgrading of the hardwired schemes in line with the program of works Act as lead contract partner and the main contact point for South Kesteven however, we will establish regular partnership review meetings with South Kesteven and LHP. The partnership will review service provision, development activities and how a best-in-class service will be delivered for South Kesteven. The service provision will include: * Call monitoring * Reprogramming, where required * Emergency call out and repair * Installation, deinstallation, maintenance and repair of equipment and peripherals * Decommission of sites in line with the program of works * Disaster recovery * Reporting * Review and development of continuous improvement activities
