Notice Description
T17/21_Manikin Procurement for the Anglia Ruskin School of Medicine Please find attached documents relating to the tender for the Manikin procurement for the Anglia Ruskin School of Medicine. Please note the closing date for your return is 12 noon on 16th March 2018 and both Selection Questionnaire and Invitation to Tender documentation has to be completed and submitted by the stated deadline. Tenderers must check that all the documents listed in the contents have been received and are complete in all respects. Documents that must be returned to us completed in full by the stated deadline are: 20180212_Manikin spec_School of Medicine 20180212_Pricing Schedule 20180212_Sign all forms_RETURN with submission 20180212_Selection Questionnaire Site visits can be arranged by contacting us via the correspondence feature of In-tend. Tenderers are to note lodgement of large electronic files may take time and as such tenderers must allow sufficient time to fully transmit all files prior to the closing time. To receive documents, the users must first register and obtain log in details. Existing users should log in to the website and express interest. Delivery Notes Anglia Ruskin University is one of the largest Universities in the East of England and our main campuses are in Chelmsford, Cambridge, Peterborough and London. The University is undertaking this tender process for the supply, installation and maintenance of patient simulator manikins. The appointed supplier will be required to supply, install, commission and maintain the equipment at the University in accordance with the terms of any Agreement from this tender. Along with the fulfilment of the Manikins for the Anglia Ruskin School of Medicine, it is intended to appoint the successful tenderer as the Preferred Supplier of Manikin requirements for Anglia Ruskin University with a contract lengths 36 months with the option to extend for a further 2 x 12 months. It is anticipated, but is subject to change, that the University will initially purchase approximately 10 manikins from one supplier, further manikins may be purchased during the duration of this Agreement as long as agreed by both parties in writing. The manikins will be required to be delivered and fully commissioned before the start of the Medicine course in September 2018. Is a Recurrent Procurement Type? : No
