Notice Description
Internal alteration of the existing Vice-Chancellors office / reception. Works typically include a new staff kitchenette, floor finishes, redecorations, lighting, ventilation and extending the existing reception on to the existing circulation area (to be enclosed by perforated timber acoustic cladding and a glazed screens and entrance door). Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
