UKSAC23_0071 ITP Culture Project Support

Notice Description

The final date and time for the submission of bids is Friday 1st September 2023 at 11:00 DO NOT apply directly to the buyer. All tender information MUST be submitted through the Jaggaer eSourcing Portal. Brief Description of Requirement The aim of this procurement will be to procure professional services to support the ITP Culture workstream, specifically ensuring that they support our Culture Lead and work collaboratively with other ITP project managers to identify areas where improvements to our ways of working are required. The successful supplier will work with the UKSA ITP Culture team as well as relevant stakeholders within the Agency more widely. This follows on from work begun in June/July 2023, where design principles were developed, several workshops were run to understand the current culture and put in place a number of interventions. A culture forward plan is in place and, working with HR, a behaviours charter has been developed. Work has begun with our Senior Leadership Team to look at the Agency's Values and the behaviours needed to underpin these. These products will be shared with the successful supplier. Please ensure you review all attached information to ensure a full understanding of this requirement. All attachments can be found with the Supplier Attachments tab within the Jaggaer eSourcing Portal. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria as set out in the ITQ document. Responses must be received by the date and time in the tender documentation; responses received outside of the deadline or not sent via the Jaggaer eSourcing portal will not be accepted or considered by the Contracting Authority further for this opportunity, unless a system outage is experienced, to which the Contracting Authority will advise upon accordingly. Interested organisations should ensure that they allow a sufficiency of time, prior to the deadline to allow all sections to be completed in full and any attachments to be uploaded.
