Living in Leeds is a long-term programme of work that will develop in stages. Whilst it has most recently been progressing through a period of discovery and strategic alignment, we are now looking to accelerate its transition into the first two-year delivery phase (2021-2023). *The completion of a series of fact-finding exercises (PART A). *Using these insights, we then require the articulation of a 10-year, high-level vision (PART B). *Finally, we require the drafting of a 24-month, costed business plan (PART C)
