Notice Description

This project would build upon initial ideas that have emerged from recent internal thinking. The digital plans will be applicable to all marine plan areas in England particularly through the preparation of remaining plans Building on previous work, the project and employed consultants will: * Undertake a discovery phase for the project. This phase commences user research on the project to determine what users require from a marine planning digital service, confirm the identity of all users and map their journey. At the end of this phase it will determine the direction for service development. The user research will be documented and completed in Jan 2018. * The discovery phase of the project requires the employment of a user researcher and content designer. These will be employed contractors to see the project through Discovery. Additional information: Please note that Defra procurement uses e-tendering, provided by Bravosolutions.
