The Contractor will engage with Birth/First family members from across the Yorkshire and Humber region who have been impacted by the use of Early Permanence Placements. The Contractor will use a variety of engagement methods in order gather information, including conversations, surveys and groups both virtually and in person in order to maximise the likelihood of participation
