Notice Description

This procurement is for a Delivery Support Partner (DSP) to work with the council led teams through the application and initial implementation phase for the Shaping Places for Healthier Lives (SPHL) award programme. The DSP will be expected to work and liaise with the LGA, a technical support partner (during the application stages) and an evaluation partner (following commencement of projects) to ensure that the key objectives of the programme are met and local areas are supported to develop strong proposals and have the best start possible with implementing their proposals following successful award of the funding. The DSP will not be expected to project manage the application phase of the SPHL programme, nor will they be expected to develop the full evaluation frameworks or provide theoretical expertise for each project Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
