The Council is seeking a Consultant to prepare detailed elemental cost estimate, advise and report providing cost basis assumptions and exclusions in relation to the total development costs to form part of an application for funding from the Towns Fund which will be submitted by late 2020/ early 2021. Additional information: Please note this is a closed tender which is being procured inline with Council Standing Orders for below threshold spend, The principle of prior market engagement or prior involvement PCR 2015 Reg.41 is applying to this contract hence the closed nature of the opportunity for invited participants only.
