Notice Description

Transport for West Midlands (TfWM), part of the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA), requires a suitable contractor to supply and install new Electronic Passenger Information screens at Coventry Pool Meadow Bus Station. TfWM require these works to transform the customer experience at this location to create an inviting, bright, user friendly and efficient environment for all bus station users. Site visits to Coventry Pool Meadow bus station are highly advised. In order to access the tender documents and submit a bid please do so through BravoSolution, the WMCA's e-tendering portal (https://wmca.bravosolution.co.uk). The tender reference is itt_717 and if you are not already registered on BravoSolution it is free and usually only takes a few minutes to do so. Please see the Specification outlining further details of the requirement and please note that the contract for this project will be based on the Agreement which is also included. Bids are being assessed on the basis of 30% quality and 70% price. Only those organisations that have answered all of the questions and provided all supporting documents satisfactorily in the Qualification Envelope will go on to have their tenders evaluated. Please then submit your responses to the quality questions in the Technical Envelope and your fee proposal in the Commercial Envelope of BravoSolution. Please submit all responses by the tender deadline which is 1200 noon on Friday 29th November 2019 and the deadline for any clarification questions, also via BravoSolution, is 1200 noon on Monday 25th November 2019.
