Notice Description

Independence and Wellbeing Enfield Limited is seeking to appoint a Single Provider for the provision of an Approved Repairer service for Enfield Wheelchair Service. The Provider will provide engineers with extensive experience in a wide range of wheelchairs and accessories. The following is not an exhaustive list but does encompass the key elements of the service requirements: * Storage of Wheelchairs, all types and accessories, compliant with relevant Health and Safety and Infection Control Regulations * Repairs and Maintenance (PPM) * Safety Reports * Decontamination * Reconditioning * Collection * Delivery * Decommissioning/Scrapping * Accepting receipt of wheelchairs-goods in process * Emergency Call Outs * Recycling of accessories and part where possible * User feedback survey * Service User complaints
