The key driver is to make MLCSU services more relevant and sustainable and to meet the expectations and requirements of ICSs and NHSE in a more systemic way. To enable the development of a robust service framework, extensive research and analysis is needed of the market across both internal and external stakeholders. Baselining of internal services and researching the market are expected to be carried out concurrently. To complement this insight, a competitor analysis is also needed.
