This tender is for the provision of the onsite Care and Support Service within Extra Care schemes. Extra Care is a key enabler for this aspiration. We want the Care and Support services that we commission under the Care Act 2014 to be based on the principle of promoting well-being incorporating recovery and to be person-centred.
