Notice Title
Delivering Care and Support with resident tenancies
Notice Description
This is not an invitation to tender. We are looking to have a discussion with a CQC-registered provider who has a care home within the London Borough of Newham (which already has planning permission), about an innovative approach to delivering care and support to meet residential-level needs with resident tenancies. Under this approach, the Council would lease the building and the provider would deliver the managing agent and care and support functions. Please respond to this PIN if you can meet the requirements and would like to learn further about our intended approach.
