Highways England National Operations Uniforms Contract
Notice Description
Highways England is exploring opportunities to set up a contract for the continued supply of Operational Uniform and PPE items. The contract will ensure that our Operational teams are supplied with the correct uniform to safely maintain and operate our Strategic Road Network of more than 4,300 miles. Specifically, these items of uniform and PPE are required by the Traffic Officer, Asset Delivery and Facilities Management functions as well as the Severn Bridge team. A list of the current uniform and PPE items is attached for reference only. Highways England seeks to source products with equivalent specification as a minimum.The full specification of our requirements will be released with tender documentation. Highways England wishes to meet with suppliers to discuss the most appropriate method of procuring these types of items. Appointment times will be limited therefore please only register your interest if your company can fulfil the requirements and may be interested in tendering for this opportunity. To register your interest in meeting with us on Thursday 26th March or Friday 27th March 2020, at a venue within the Midlands to be confirmed, please email Caroline Bowen-Smith at ADProcurement@highwaysengland.co.uk
