Notice Description

Birmingham City Council wishes to establish Framework Agreement to provide a Single Advocacy Service (Adults). This service covers a number of statutory advocacy functions including Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards Relevant Person's Representatives, Independent Mental Health Advocacy and Independent Care and Support Advocacy. Additionally we are seeking to provide a non-statutory advocacy service to extend the provision of representative advocacy in the City to other citizens who could benefit from it, and to offer people a greater range of advocacy services than those included as statutory functions. The Framework Agreement will last for 2 years with the option to extend for up to a further 2 years subject to satisfactory performance. Registration and use of in-tend is free. All correspondence for this procurement process must be via the in-tend correspondence function.
