UKRI STFC RE18388 Load Lock Sputter Deposition System

Notice Description

The final date and time for the submission of bids is Monday 29th October 2018 at 14:00. The final date and time for bidders to request RFP tender documents is Friday 26th October 2018 at 14:00. DO NOT apply directly to the buyer. All tender information MUST be submitted through the CCS eSourcing Portal. STFC I-TAC MNT have a requirement for a loadlock sputter deposition system to replace the current system that is inoperable and can no longer be maintained. It will be installed into the R1 cleanroom facilities and used for semiconductor-type wafer processing. The main footprint of the system will be in the service corridor with a wall connection mounted loading door to the wafer load chamber. This is to be used for R&D purposes not production level capacity. Please ensure you review all attached information to ensure a full understanding of this requirement. All attachments can be found in the RFx attachments tab within the Emptoris System. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the RFP Document.
