DWP Lift Technical Audit Services
Notice Description
The Services are comprised of certain core Services, which the Supplier is required to deliver, and certain ad-hoc Services, which the Supplier is required to deliver at the Buyer's request. The Supplier will provide the following core Services (the scope of which is described further in this Specification): Maintenance audits of lift Planned Preventative Maintenance ("PPM") and reactive works Compliance spot checks of lifts Checking remedial estimates provided by the Lift Contractor Autodialler management Ongoing technical support including attending weekly and monthly meetings with Estates Supply Chain Members (the "Core Services") At the Buyer's request, the Supplier will also provide the following ad-hoc Services (the scope of which is described further in this Specification): Additional maintenance audits of lift PPM and reactive works Additional compliance spot checks of lifts Site surveys Acquisition surveys Emergency LOLERs (the "Ad-Hoc Services") The estimated contract value of PS720,000.00 includes the optional extension period of 12 months and estimated volumes of the Ad-Hoc Services. The delivery will be to the lifts located through out the DWP which the Buyer is responsible for maintaining. DWPs estate compromises of around 900 sites. The evaluation criteria compromises of Technical 65% Social Value 10% Cost 25% Additional information: DWP will be running an open competition for the provision of Lift Technical Audit Services. DWP will conduct the competition via the DWP Jaggaer Bravo eSourcing Suite https://dwp.bravosolution.co.uk/web/login.shtml can you please ensure you are registered so you can be added to the competition on go live. Once you have registered on the portal please contact scott.massey@dwp.gov.uk to be added to the ITT.
