***** THIS IS AN AWARD NOTICE, NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION ***** This procurement is being concluded following a mini competition under the CCS RM6126 Research & Insights DPS Brief Description of Requirement A formal evaluation of the processes and impacts of MDMTF and LSIMF is required in order to assess achievements against those expected, identify lessons learned to inform future activity. This will evaluate the initial impact of the projects funded in 2020 and 2022 after an initial 3-year timeline. A light touch process evaluation was conducted in 2021 to assess the programme delivery and early outputs. This resulted in a number of changes to the application process which have been implemented in the delivery of the LSIMF which should also be formally evaluated.
