Brighton & Hove City Council requires a consultancy service to create a functional, comprehensive report that explores the subject of climate change adaptation for the city of Brighton & Hove, future climate projections and adaptation recommendations. This will allow for future planning, policy, and projects to consider changing climate, informing service level investment and response across sectors and mitigate damage costs.
