Supported Living Framework
Notice Description
The current Supported Living Framework commenced on 15 August 2023 and will end on 14 August 2027. The framework is to be re-opened for new applications annually throughout the Period of the Contract, with this being the first re-opening.. The requirement is to appoint Service Providers to a Supported Living Framework for adults with care and support needs. The Framework will cover all provision within Redcar & Cleveland for supported living services, including supported living schemes, dispersed properties with care, and outreach support. Residents may have a range of support needs ranging from low level to highly complex, in areas such as mental health, learning disabilities and physical disabilities. Services need to be flexible and diverse in their offer to meet the varying needs of these residents of Redcar and Cleveland. The primary aim of this Framework is to allow residents to be supported to be as independent as possible whilst ensure their assessed care and support needs are met. Please be advised that Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council are conducting the re-opening of this procurement via the NEPO Portal (Pro-Contract) www.nepo.org (https://www.nepo.org) You will need to register as a supplier on the site (registration is free) and search for Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council within the Contract Opportunities section. Once your expression of interest has been received, immediate access to the tender documentation is granted for the person who expressed the interest. You will need to log back in to access the documentation.
