Delivery of cultural assessment interviews for the SMA bidder selection process
Notice Description
As part of the Smart Motorways Alliance quality procurement assessment, Highways England requires an independent behavioural specialist organisation to interview tenderers leadership and operational teams. This assessment is integral to the way the quality assessment is carried out and specified in the Smart Motorways Alliance (SMA) instructions to tenderers. It tests tenderers key people's organisational alignment attributes.
