Notice Description

The Thinking Schools Academy Trust ("TSAT" or the "Trust") are looking to appoint a partner to supply and install 74 new Interactive Display Panels within classrooms at Brixham College (Higher Ranscombe Road, Brixham,TQ5 9HF). The installation of the new interactive display panels will need to be installed during a school holiday and completed within a single school holiday, although access to the site will be arranged for weekend working to allow the project to be completed within a two-week period. Access arrangements outside of standard school working hours (8am - 4pm) can be arranged in advance and the school will consider requests for contractors to be issued with keys and an alarm fob to continue works outside of these hours. Depending on whether equipment is in stock and can be delivered, the school requires the project to be delivered between Saturday 1st April 2023 and Friday 14th April 2023. All ITT responses are to be submitted electronically by email to Steve Griffiths (Service Operations Manager) by using the email address: its-procurement@tsatrust.org.uk Note: other recipients must not be included on the tender submission email. Email submissions must be 10Mb or less in size (submissions can be split into multiple emails clearly stating part numbers and total number of parts on each email, if required). Additional information: Photographs of all classrooms can be found in the appendix and site surveys can be arranged upon request between 30th January - 3rd February 2023. The bidder's response must include the removal of existing equipment and WEEE disposal and for the removal & recycling of all packaging of new equipment. The Trust reserves the right to amend the number of classrooms, requiring interactive display panels, at the point of order, pending final costs and funding available, though this is unlikely to be beyond a 10% change.
