Notice Description
East Suffolk Council is looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced company to provide a feasibility study for detailed development options to RIBA stage 2 standard for the Station Quarter as defined in the Lowestoft Town Centre Masterplan. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
