LPS ACS Extra Care Schemes at Oakbrook Gardens, Preston & Lighthouse View, Fleetwood
Notice Description
The Authority is looking to appoint a Service Provider(s) to deliver Extra Care Services at two settings in Lancashire: * Lot 1 Oakbrook Gardens is an Extra Care scheme located in Preston, Lancashire with 24 hour care services. The scheme has 60 apartments. * Lot 2 Lighthouse View is an Extra Care scheme located in Fleetwood, Lancashire. This scheme has 72 apartments. Tenderers can apply for one or both Lots and can be successful in one or both Lots. The Contracts will be for an initial 2 years, with the option to extend for any period(s) of up to a maximum of a further 2 years. Extra Care housing provides safe and secure self-contained accommodation for older adults who require varying levels of care and support to enable them to live independently in a home environment. The new Service is to deliver the Background Support and Emergency Response Service on a Block Arrangement as well as any required Planned Care and Support commissioned on a Spot Arrangement. Additional information: The procurement will be carried out under the Light Touch Regime - Schedule 3 Services. The tender can be found on the Authority's Oracle Sourcing Portal under the RFQ number 15237491. Amended versions of the tender are denoted at the end of the RFQ number by a comma followed by an amendment number. Search results will display any and all amended versions of the tender. The latest version is determined as being the RFQ number with the highest amendment number. You may only make a submission against the latest amendment. Where you have made a submission against a tender that is subsequently amended you will be required to resubmit prior to the submission deadline. The Contracts will be for an initial 2 years, with the option to extend for any period(s) of up to a maximum of a further 2 years.
