The Council are investing a significant level of funding (supported by the Better Care Fund), to embed a Health & Social Wellbeing System with the expectation that it will prevent, delay and deter demand on statutory services and improve the overall health and wellbeing for the people of Cumbria. Integral to the success of the Health and Social Wellbeing System is the effective development and delivery of local preventative services through the Place Based Prevention (PBP) Programme delivered locally by providers in partnership with community groups. The Provider of this contract shall be responsible for establishing and managing the Place Based Prevention (PBP) Programme across Cumbria
