Notice Description

The LGA is procuring an adviser to look at how Telford can become a green, sustainable manufacturing town. This work is being commissioned as part of the LGA's Economic Growth Advisers programme which provides councils with additional capacity and support across a range of economic issues. In particular, the adviser will support Telford and Wrekin Council by looking at the challenges and opportunities the manufacturing sector in Telford faces and to provide a report with recommendations of the steps the council and partners can take to deliver Telford & Wrekin's circular economy agenda. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
