Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council, on behalf of Welwyn Hatfield Community Housing Trust is seeking two Contractors to undertake Disabled Adaptation Works. LOT 1: INTERNAL AND MAJOR ADAPTATIONS LOT 2: EXTERNAL AND MINOR ADAPTATIONS The scope of the Works under these Contract comprises the following Workstreams: * Minor adaptation works; * Major Works: Disabled Adaptation Works; * Internal communal adaptations; * Co-ordination with Responsive Repairs Contractor; * Co-ordination with Gas Servicing Contractor; * Co-ordination with Stairlift and Hoist Contractor; * Co-ordination with Asbestos Consultant; and * Co-ordination with Asbestos Remediation Contractor; Orders may be placed in respect to Works to: * Tenanted properties; * Internal and External Communal Areas (including garages, bin stores, refuse chambers and the like); * Sheltered Housing; * Supported Housing; Additional information: Is a Recurrent Procurement Type? : No https://in-tendhost.co.uk/supplyhertfordshire/aspx/
