The topics to be explored through the Sessions will include: * professional issues of skill or technique, developing greater self-confidence, increased motivation through assisting with self-reflection and understanding. * Professional challenges and potential solutions, developing key competencies and skills such as strategic thinking, problem solving, influencing and how to apply these in the workplace. * Interpersonal relationships and issues of power it the workplace. * Personal emotional issues/impact.
