Notice Description

The operation and maintenance of 6 public conveniences in Whitby North Yorkshire Abbey Car Park Khyber Pass (new facility) Market Place New Quay Road Ruswarp West Cliff Specification 1. The supply and installation of all the access control equipment. 2. Specification for access control system to be included as part of tender Ruswarp Toilet and Khyber Pass not required. 3. The maintenance of all the access control equipment. 4. The emptying and banking of the cash from the access control equipment, with full audit details. 5. The opening and closing of the toilets. Suggested times will be specified in the tender pack based on requirements for each toilet and seasonal variations 6. The cleaning of the toilets to an agreed schedule. (frequency of cleaning to be specified in tender pack including seasonal variations, 7. The supply of all consumables. 8. The complete staff management of all the cleaners and maintenance personnel. 9. A 365 day 24 hour emergency number to report faults etc. 10. A 2 hour reaction to these calls. 11. A 24 hour reaction to anything that needs repairing / replacing as a result of these calls. 12. Full audit facilities on the access control equipment. 13. Full reporting facilities on the running of the toilets. 14. An internet based monitoring system where the Town Council can log in and see when the cleaner had last visited the toilets. 15. Full external management of the contract and regular meetings to review the contract 16. The project management of any additional work by local contractors that the Town Council may wish to carry out. 17. Payment Terms to be included in Tender (eg.
