The Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) is planning a tender for an independent 'mid-term' review of the Hen Harrier Action Plan, aimed at assessing the effectiveness of its actions in increasing hen harrier populations in England. The procurement is currently at the planning stage, with the tender expected to be published by 28th February 2022, and proposals due by 31st March 2022.
